Life can get complicated and just like your business or the business you work for, we can all do with a bit of support when challenges come along.  This page provides you with information about the free services you can approach at any time.
This service is free for all County Durham SME’s and their employees.

    Workforce Mental Health

Workforce mental health and wellbeing is important to those of us who work in the many businesses and organisations which are located here in County Durham. A framework has been developed supported by: North East England Chamber of Commerce, County Durham Economic Partnership, Federation of Small Businesses and Business Durham to highlight the actions that can be used to meet the challenges of good mental health.
