Customer satisfaction and tenant retention is highly important to us so, with this in mind, we asked all of our current tenants to complete a short customer satisfaction questionnaire in order to find out how they feel about the service they receive. We were delighted to discover that 100% of tenants questioned rated Reception Staff and Visitor Support as Excellent or Very Good and 100% of tenants rated the Customer Service they receive as Excellent or Very Good also! It was really great to receive this extremely positive feedback.
