Clear Climate wins commercial property contract

Renewable energy company Clear Climate has secured a contract to work on the £100m Bank House project on Newcastle’s Pilgrim Street.

The Peterlee-based company will supply air conditioning systems for the development, which is being led by the Reuben Brothers and Ryder Architecture and will involve the building being converted into 12 floors of Grade A office space.

Clear Climate will install 26 systems comprising 300 indoor units throughout the building.

The contract comes at a time of growth for the company, which recently surpassed its 2022 target of £5m turnover.
