Northern Trust has completed the letting of an almost 10,000 sq ft unit at its North Seaton Industrial Estate in Ashington to a further and higher education college.
New College Durham, which has a focus on skills contribution and development, has completed the letting of the unit and is planning to open a new training facility at the site.
The detached unit has been fully refurbished to include a new roof, windows, doors and office space and benefits from an enclosed yard and parking provision.
