H&H Land & Estates has appointed a new director at its Durham office.
Tim Sedgewick, who joined the business in 2012, has been promoted to the role.
Working across the north of England and north Yorkshire, he will continue to oversee the Durham office and look to grow and develop the businesses presence and service across all geographical locations.
