Hudson Outsourcing welcomes John Bilcliffe as their new Bid Quality Manager as they continue to expand their team
John joins Hudson Outsourcing at an exciting time of growth as their new Bid Quality Manager. He brings with him a wealth of experience in bid writing and bid management, which are great assets for their Bid Writing Team.
John has joined Hudson Outsourcing within their Hudson Succeed Division. He will be responsible for providing managerial support to their on-site team of Bid Writers. He will be involved with quality assurance across all outputs throughout the tendering process, helping drive our overall success rate. John will also be on hand to provide ad-hoc support on bids that require additional resources. As well as this, John will also help to project manage bid proposals when needed and mentor Hudson’s Graduate Bid Writers.
John says…

Previous experience
John’s extensive experience in both bid writing and management will be a big asset to Hudson’s Bid Writing Team.
John joined us from a Senior Bid Management role where he was responsible for providing expert input and guidance to the company’s graduate team. During this time, he had the opportunity to develop his experience in managing and growing a team within an established consultancy with high aspirations for growth. John was responsible for overseeing and quality assurance of all narrative produced by graduates and provided expert input into their professional development.
John holds an APMP qualification (IPMA Level D; SCQF Level 7) and an APM – Association for Project Management. He holds a degree in Business from Northumbria University, which has provided him with great analytical and research skills that he can apply in his role as Bid Quality Manager.
