Multi-utility provider Everflow has relocated its headquarters in a move which will support growth and bring all of its North East offices under one roof.
The Net Zero water supplier has signed a ten-year lease with North East Commercial for the facility at Traynor Business Park in Peterlee, which operates entirely on electrical heating and has achieved an A rating for energy efficiency.
The new office, which is triple the size of its previous base, will unlock future recruitment opportunities and enable it to grow its multi-utility offering.
