Plans to revamp a former car sales site in County Durham into a mixed-use commercial development look set to progress.
Almscliffe Dhesi Developments (Peterlee) is seeking full planning permission to transform the former Evans Halshaw in Peterlee into six units.
Under the plans, the existing building on the 1.3-acre parcel of land would be retained and modified to create three commercial units, with a separate new build section, running along the south boundary on the existing car park area, providing a further three units.
