Durham-headquartered Hargreaves Services has unveiled plans to sell up to £23.1m worth of renewable energy land assets after making “significant progress” in its valuation and realisation strategy.
In a statement on the London Stock Exchange, the company said that its key focus over the last few years has been the identification of thousands of acres of the group’s land.
The land is now under lease to third parties for the construction of wind farms and other renewable energy assets.
Earlier this year, its first wind farm at Dalquhandy became operational.
