National training provider, Learning Curve Group (LCG), are delighted to have taken home the Education Provider of the Year award at the EducationInvestor Awards.
The prestigious awards, hosted by celebrity guest, Lucy Portman, aim to recognise achievement in the education industry and celebrate the very best in the sector across a range of categories.
Alongside taking home Education Provider of the Year Award, LCG were also announced as finalists for the Skills-Training Provider of the Year Award, placing them as one of the most acknowledged companies at the awards.
LCG, headquartered in County Durham, are one of the country’s largest and most diverse training providers, delivering innovative training programmes such as apprenticeships, online courses and academies specialising in military preparation, fitness, construction, and hair and beauty.
The multi-award-winning company, and their ‘Purple People’, the dedicated and driven employees of LCG, strive to provide the highest quality education and training to achieve their vision of ‘transforming lives through learning’.
Judges commented on LCG’s winning entry “Learning Curve Group’s vision to ‘transform lives through learning’ really stands out”.
“Its focus on innovation and use of digital technology is also key in creating a rich experience through a learning management system, enrolment, and safeguarding systems, as well as learning support technologies.”

This accolade comes just a few weeks after LCG bagged the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Award and the UK Education Leadership Award at the Educate North Awards 2023. They were also recently delighted to land on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, which acknowledges the positive engagement the company’s employees have with the business and its values.
LCG provide effective delivery of learning opportunities, with the goal of upskilling both professionals and disadvantaged communities to reduce unemployment figures within society.
Over almost 20 years, LCG have grown to become one of the biggest providers in the country. They provide education and training for more than 200,000 individuals a year, working with over 4,500 employers to provide high quality education and training for their workforce. They have over 60 skills-based academies across the country.
