Peterlee-based electrical test and measurement company Seaward has announced several senior appointments as it continues to invest in resources and develop expanding national and international operations.
Alison Thompson has been appointed as HR Manager in a new role that will see her become part of the senior leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy and supporting growth. She brings over 20 years’ experience to the role and will be responsible for leading on all aspects of the company’s people strategy, managing the HR department and all related operational activities. This will specifically include recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, coaching and mentoring, staff engagement and change management.
