Bellway Durham is preparing to open a sales arena at new housing development in Bowburn.
The housebuilder is building 91 homes at Clarence Gate, which forms part of the Integra 61 commercial and residential scheme situated just off Junction 61 of the A1(M).
The developer is set to open the doors to a sales arena, with a new showhome and sales office off Rosalind Franklin Way in July. The showhome will be a four-bedroom detached Mercer house type.
