RE:GEN Group has commenced its first ever new-build scheme for a County Durham-based housing association.
The company is creating 23 affordable bungalows at Tintern Road, in St Helen Auckland for believe housing to help meet growing demand for bungalows in the area, particularly for older people and families with accessibility needs.
Each property has been designed with energy efficiency measures built into the fabric of the home, and with adaptable layouts.
