Turnover has passed £70m at a County Durham-headquartered kitchen and bedroom components distributor, which was established more than 100 years ago.
PWS Distributors was launched in Darlington in 1909 as Percy W. Stephenson & Son, originally supplying hardware and tools.
The family-run company has now expanded and operates out of a 500,000 sq ft base in Newton Aycliffe where it supplies its products including worksurfaces, drawers, lights, sinks and taps.
