B Corp certified national business, UMi, has recently completed the purchase of its new office premises in Durham.
The office, at Allergate House, will undergo “significant work” to bring it up to Grade A office standard and to “vastly improve” its energy efficiency, firmly setting UMi on the path to Net Zero. Allergate House is based within Belmont Business Park, which is approximately two miles north-east of Durham city centre.
