Theo James and AR Power team up to raise awareness for men’s mental health, taking on a 10k walk - “Manufacturers Ramble on’.

On Friday the 17th of May at 2 pm, individuals involved in manufacturing and engineering will gather for a 10k walk, aiming to raise awareness and crucial funds for 'Andy's Man Club,' a charity dedicated to preventing male suicide.

Mark Bracknall, the owner of Theo James Recruitment; Adam Black the Project Manager at AR and mental health and wellbeing expert Ollie Bell, have set up the event and are dedicated to uniting individuals from across the region and industry.


Mark stated: “The walk we did last year was amazing, it was such a powerful moment walking along the coast seeing everyone talk about mental health. I was very proud of what we achieved, and I want this year to be even bigger. Together I am confident we can help save future lives”.


Meet at Souter Lighthouse car park at 1:45 pm, with the start of the walk to start from Souter Lighthouse at 2 pm. Ollie will give people topics to discuss during the walk and help raise awareness.

‘This region knows how to come together; all are welcome including four-legged friends!”
