Cladding and roofing company Aspect Facades has found the perfect location for major business growth at the Dabble Duck Industrial Estate, in Shildon.
Managing Director, Dan Parker, started the company with a two-person office on the estate in 2017 and has moved into new premises four times on the same estate as the business has expanded.
Dan said Business Durham had supported the company every step of the way with its flexibility and friendly staff who have helped Aspect’s growth plans by supporting them as they moved.
“Dabble Duck has been the perfect location for us with its great transport links,” he said. “The size of the units has been ideal too. Anne from Business Durham has been really supportive, giving us flexibility around leases which has enabled us to grow unhindered and has lessened the risk for us.
“I’ve been to a couple of networking events put on by Business Durham, which are industry-specific which have been really worthwhile. I’ll also be meeting with their business development manager soon to explore the best ways to take on more apprentices.”
