About the event

FIREM are one of the UK’s leading commercial property and asset management companies, with over 15m sq ft of commercial space under management. Their approach to property is centred on people, providing space to allows business to thrive. Their experience means they understand the ever-changing market conditions, seeking solutions through building relationships and collaboration. FIREM have invested a significant amount of capital into Bracken Hill Business Park and have ambitious plans for the area.

The event will open for registrations from 8.30am when refreshments will be served. At around 9am there will be introduction by the chairs of the East Durham Business Network Ranj Gill and Gursh Kahlon. This will be followed an update from Leanne Fawcett who will provide an overview of the latest edition of the East Durham Business Magazine and other developments amongst the network.

FI Real Estate Management will then provide brief presentation on the range of commercial spaces on offer in Peterlee including Hive at Wear House, Gemini Point and St Aidan’s Hall. This will then be followed by a site tour of the various premises.

Finally, Guy Bashford from Business Durham will facilitate our B2B Networking. All businesses will be given the opportunity to provide a brief overview;
