About the event

This event is widely attended by a broad mix of members covering all levels of seniority, size of business and mix of sectors, which represents the diverse mix of members across the Chamber network.

E stablished in 1815, we're the North East’s largest and most influential multi-sector business membership organisation, supporting more than 2,000 businesses.

As a member, you own a stake in this unique organisation and it’s important to ensure you have a say in how it is run. Here you can find all the information you need for this year’s AGM.

This year's AGM will feature a panel discussion focusing on our latest race, ethnicity and discriminiation report. The follows years of work by our race, ethnicity and discrimination commission.

The Commission was chaired by Nagma Ebanks-Beni MBE, co-chief executive officer of Prima Cheese, alongside leaders from across the North East with diverse insights into the challenges of addressing racism and discrimination within organisations.
