ILP Summer Event

We would like to offer you the opportunity to attend our Summer Golf/Social Event on Friday 5th July at Ramside Hall Hotel, Durham, DH1 1TD.

This will be the second year of hosting, and after enthusiastic reviews last year we are extremely pleased to be holding this event again.

The itinerary is as follows, however, you do not have to commit to the full day’s events:

• 9.00am approx - Convene for a Butty and Tea/Coffee
• 9:40am - First Tee - Cathedral Course**
• 17:00 - Finish Time (Approx)
• 18:00-18:30 - Evening Arrival
• 19:00 - BBQ
• 20:00-23.30 - Band & Entertainment

**Please note this is the longer of the 2 courses so we would recommend you reserve a golf buggy.

Attendees:

You will be asked for guest names, any allergies and payment at the time of booking. Please have information available.

Sponsors, if they wish to be invoiced, a promo code can be created by Head Office to add at the time of booking. A purchase order will then be needed to confirm booking.

Accommodation:

There are discounted rooms available at Ramside Hall Hotel for those wishing to stay at the venue.

• Classic Room - B&B £145 per night, including breakfast.
• Premier Standard Room - B&B £185 per night, including breakfast.

The discount cannot be applied online (rooms are reserved until 6 weeks prior, following this you will still be able to get the rate mentioned, however rooms subject to availability)

Additional:

The dress code for the evening is ‘Smart Casual’ as we will be hosting the event in the venue’s Marquee.

A note from last year’s event there has been feedback given to the venue regarding the food and music. We have been informed that there will be more variety of food provided for the BBQ at this year’s event including sides, salad, and vegetarian options. Additionally, we have been assured that the music will be at a more comfortable level.
