We are looking for a self-motivated individual to assist the Property Manager in making key decisions associated with all aspects of the business properties operation, marketing, financial management, maintenance and services.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will assist and support the Property Manager in the daily running of the Business Durham property portfolio, including Business Centres, offices, industrial units, workshops and factories owned by the County Council. Taking the lead in specific projects designed to bring about maximising the potential income and economic benefit of the units, factories, offices and business centres.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will need:-
Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline including Business and Finance and/or be able to demonstrate extensive relevant experience
Financial management and budgetary control experience
Facilities management
You will be expected to travel the County to undertake the duties of the role and would therefore need to have your own transport.
