Team Manager - Business Engagement & Account Management
You will use your expertise in rural enterprises or other sectors to engage directly with businesses, understand their unique needs, and unlock their potential. You will provide essential connections and guidance to help them thrive and collaborate with partners to raise awareness of opportunities through workshops and events.
You will build trust and apply commercial insight to develop tailored solutions to help businesses achieve sustainable growth. You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of the economic landscape to provide targeted, up-to-date guidance.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant business discipline, and/or be able to demonstrate relevant experience.
Experience of engaging with businesses, particularly micro and small businesses, and delivering business support or business development services
Experience of engaging, developing and managing business relationships.
