The North East Autism Society (NEAS), based at the Drum Industrial Estate, has secured a £300,000 government grant to help transform a farm into a training hub for autistic people.

The North East Autism Society (NEAS), based at the Drum Industrial Estate, has secured a £300,000 government grant to help transform a farm into a training hub for autistic people.

The charity has plans to create a visitor attraction with a cider press, café and sustainable farm at the 78-acre New Warlands Farm in County Durham.
