A multi-million-pound investment is set to bring new jobs and facilities to Durham’s Integra 61 development.

A multi-million-pound investment is set to bring new jobs and facilities to Durham’s Integra 61 development.

Citrus Durham, part of Citrus Group, has secured a deal with EG On The Move (EGOTM) for a £4 million petrol station, convenience store and Starbucks drive-thru at the 205-acre £400 million Integra 61 site, which is located off the A1 near Bowburn, in County Durham.

EGOTM, which operates around 50 sites across the UK, has submitted plans to Durham County Council, with the development expected to open in 2026, creating approximately 70 jobs.
