Bishop Auckland Opticians Celebrates 30 Years of Eye and Hearing Care

An opticians in Bishop Auckland has celebrated its 30th anniversary with an in-store birthday party filled with balloons, cakes, and plenty of smiles.


Specsavers Bishop Auckland, based at 45 Newgate Street, first opened its doors in 1995 and has since become a valued part of the local community.


The store which is locally owned and run by the director team comprising Tim Mitchison, Maria Sattar, Alice Dixon and Elizabeth Clish, also celebrated its 20th anniversary of offering audiology services including hearing checks, hearing devices and checks, as well as replacements.
