A Veterinary nurse left her career to help arthritic dogs using a 'life-changing' laser treatment.

Emily Towns was head nurse at Vets4Pets in Catterick for eight years before she decided to leave the comfort of her day job to launch The Pet Relief Laser Clinic in Spennymoor.

Since then, through laser treatment, she says she has given countless dogs a new lease of life.

Emily uses a 'K Laser', sending high-powered wavelengths of light designed to stimulate the blood, oxygen and nutrients.
