Banks Homes submits 62-home Hambleton plans

County Durham-headquartered Banks Homes has submitted plans for a second phase at The Pastures in Hambleton, near Selby, following progress on the first phase of 62 new homes.
The proposed 74 additional properties would include a mix of private and affordable family homes, including bungalows, all designed with modern sustainability features such as air source heat pumps and electric car charging points.
The development also aims to deliver a ten per cent biodiversity net gain and a new recreation area for local children.
