Construction Company to give local subcontractors the opportunity to join it's supply chain
Esh's recently completed s278 works project on the A689 outside Hartlepool.

Esh Construction is hosting a Meet the Buyer event at the Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough to give local subcontractors the opportunity to join its supply chain.

The event, which runs from 9am-noon on Thursday, November 20th, will offer attendees the opportunity to meet with key members of Esh’s civil engineering team, learning about upcoming schemes and exploring avenues to work with the company across the Tees Valley, and wider North East, heading into 2026 and beyond.

Esh is actively seeking to engage with subcontractors specialising in groundworks, drainage, formwork reinforced concrete, paving, surfacing, lighting, signage, fencing, and landscaping.

Steven Garrigan, Divisional Director at Esh Construction, said: “At Esh, we’re committed to building a strong, reliable local supply chain that underpins the successful delivery of our projects. With a number of exciting schemes in the pipeline, we’re keen to connect with subcontractors across a wide range of trades to establish long-term partnerships that are mutually beneficial - creating opportunities for local people, local businesses and the communities we work in.”

“This event is a chance to meet face-to-face, discuss upcoming opportunities, and learn more about joining our supply chain.”

A growing pipeline of active travel and public realm schemes builds on key civils projects Esh is delivering in the North East and, particularly, Tees Valley region. The County Durham-headquartered firm is currently working with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council to deliver a £23 million urban park, which incorporates a new land bridge and series of open spaces which are set to transform Stockton Riverside.

Esh has completed Section 278 Works on the A689 In Hartlepool, with similar works continuing at Hillside Gardens in Middlesbrough, while also partnering with Middlesbrough Council on the Linthorpe Road scheme.

Spaces are limited to 60 attendees, so early registration via the below Eventbrite link is advised. To book a place at the Meet the Buyer event, visit https://www.eventbrite.com/e/esh-construction-meet-the-buyer-tickets-1870576888829?aff=oddtdtcreator
