Construction starts on care facility at the £400m Integra 61 development in Durham

Work to build a 73-bedroom care facility at the £400m Integra 61 scheme has commenced.
North Bay Developments is bringing forward the building for one of its sister operating companies, Marton Care, creating about 70 jobs for the local area.
The scheme will sit on a 1.4-acre site which sits adjacent to new homes that are also being delivered at Integra 61 and within 100 meters of Bowburn village centre. Works are expected to complete Q3 2026.
