County Durham community woodworking project gets funding boost

A County Durham community woodworking project has been awarded funding to support its work.

Endeavour Woodcrafts CIC received a £900 cheque through Ferryhill Town Council’s Members Initiative Fund (MIF).

The funding will be used to purchase new equipment for the group’s workshop, including new drills.

Councillor John Lathan presented the cheque on behalf of himself and Councillor Vicky Collins, with each contributing £450 from their individual MIF allocations.
