County Durham hygienics business sells to SKG Capital Partners.

INEOS has sold its North East-based hygienics business, which was set up during the pandemic to make hand sanitiser, to SKG Capital Partners.
The Middle Eastern-based family office has snapped up INEOS Hygienics, which has its UK base in Newton Aycliffe.
The sale will enable the business to continue expanding within the FMCG sector, while INEOS focuses on strengthening its core chemicals, energy, and automotive portfolio.
