County Durham tenants give Believe Housing top ratings

Customer feedback and lessons learned from complaints have helped a North East housing association achieve 'record satisfaction levels', according to a new latest survey.

Believe housing, a not-for-profit landlord which owns and manages more than 18,000 homes, reported its highest ever Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) results for 2025-26.

Overall satisfaction climbed to 82 per cent, up from 78 per cent the previous year, with satisfaction in repairs rising from 76 per cent to 85 per cent.
