Four years ago, a mutual friend introduced John, a fifth-generation funeral director, to Julie, a successful marketeer. With a shared vision for change, they teamed up to create one of the region’s most successful funeral firms.

Julie reflects: “It’s hard to believe it’s been over four years since we launched Delanoy Funeral Services. So much has happened, and those dark, Covid days seem like a distant memory now. We’ve conducted hundreds of funerals, each with a personal touch, and really feel like we’re at the heart of our community.”

Since their launch in August 2020, John and Julie have grown the business, adding new personnel and expanding their fleet to include a new electric eco-friendly private ambulance—the first of its kind in the area. Their fleet now boasts six vehicles, including two private ambulances, one Jaguar hearse, two Jaguar limousines, and an XF Jaguar car.
