Designer fashion brand opens at Dalton Park

A North East independent designer fashion retailer is building on its regional success with a new outlet store in County Durham.

Hartlepool-founded independent designer fashion brand BADGE has chosen Dalton Park Outlet & Outdoors as the location of its new outlet store.

The new 1,640 sq ft store will bring BADGE’s curated edit of internationally recognised brands to Dalton Park, including Stone Island, C.P. Company, Lacoste, BOSS, Armani, Sandbanks and Moose Knuckles.

Known for combining sought-after labels with knowledgeable, personal service, BADGE has built a loyal following across the North East. Its decision to open at Dalton Park marks an important next stage of growth for the independent retailer, while also further strengthening the destination’s premium menswear offer with an additional selection of ladieswear and kids wear.

BADGE’s arrival follows the opening of Belstaff earlier this year and demonstrates Global Mutual’s continued strategy to grow Dalton Park’s menswear category. Together, the two additions will increase the destination’s menswear footprint by 27.4% in 2026, providing shoppers with even greater choice across premium and contemporary fashion brands.

Nicky Lovell, Head of Designer Outlets and Brand Relationships at Global Mutual, said: "A compelling outlet offer is built through carefully considered adjacencies, bringing together brands that complement one another while giving customers a fresh reason to return. The arrival of BADGE demonstrates our strategy to build further depth within menswear, a category that continues to show strong appeal among Dalton Park customers.

“Bringing an established independent North East retailer together with internationally recognised brands adds a distinctive dimension to our fashion line-up. BADGE’s decision to open at Dalton Park reflects the momentum behind the destination and the environment we are creating for brands to grow.”

Ian Jobling, Founder & CEO of BADGE Clothing, said: “As a North East-founded business, choosing the right location for our next store was particularly important. Dalton Park’s established reputation as a leading outlet destination with a strong regional catchment and evolving premium fashion line-up made it a natural fit for BADGE.

“We are looking forward to bringing our selection of designer brands to the destination and introducing the BADGE experience to new customers across the region.”

More details, including the confirmed opening date, will be announced shortly. For more information about Dalton Park visit the website here: https://www.dalton-park.co.uk/
