A County Durham business centre is set for a new chapter after being bought by experienced commercial property developers.
Clearwater Developments has purchased Lighthouse View Workspace at Spectrum Business Park, in Seaham.
The 75,000sq ft mixed-use site is currently around 40 per cent occupied, but new owners Ranj Gill and Gursh Kahlon say they are confident they can bring “the flagship property” to full capacity by attracting more businesses.
