
Calling all Construction and Built Environment businesses of County Durham and the North East – your local college needs your support to bring software to life through the delivery of a guest lecture, and the provision of lecturer CPD.
Digital Ambassadors (DA25) is run by the North East Institute of Technology (NEIoT), a Government backed collaboration between business and education designed to spearhead the delivery and growth of higher technical education in STEM subjects.
One of NEIoT’s top priorities is to ensure NEIoT students graduate with the skills employers want and need – this is achieved through collaboration with employers leading to the creation of new, and adaption of current qualifications.
DA25 will launch in February, with Construction & Built Environment businesses working with 7 Colleges from across the North East and Tees Valley to bring software used in built environment workplaces to life through the provision of guest lectures and lecturer CPD.

Support lecturers who have opted by showcasing digital construction.
Improve the of teaching quality and relevance materials through the delivery of up to 4 guest lectures. into a ‘Digital Swap’ by inviting them to your workplace to learn more about the software’s daily application, your business, and the wider C&BE industry.
Ensure students of software in industry have experience applications used before leaving college.
Put your business at the centre of digital skills development in our region, through continued interaction with Digital Ambassador college partners.
Increase inspiring student interaction with industry professionals.
Support our colleges to deliver the best quality education to our future workforce.
