A charity football tournament saw one of the region’s leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturers emerge victorious and over £2,500 raised for a mental health charity.
Recruitment and training company GEM Partnership, which has offices in Peterlee and Newton Aycliffe, organised the 7-a-side tournament in aid of The Hub of Wishes.
The tournament saw GEM Partnership, Bishop Auckland College, Tekmar, Husqvarna UK, Gestamp Tallent and PSP Architecture contest matches, with Gestamp going on to win the league-style tournament.
Bishop Auckland College graciously offered their facilities and worked alongside GEM to organise the event.
