The plans for a two storey building are part of the continuing development of DurhamGate, which has become a living, working and leisure destination five miles south of Durham City.

The proposed 576 square metre office scheme, which will include up to four potential office suites, EV car parking and landscaping, is designed to be part of the DurhamGate North business park, allocated as employment land as part of the County Durham plan.
