Housing association to build energy efficient homes with £90m funding package

A Durham-based housing association has secured a £90m funding package from NatWest which will support its local expansion plans.

believe housing will use the sustainability linked funding package to built high quality and energy efficient homes by 2029. 


The properties will be a mix of types and tenues, and will be made up of homes for social rent and affordable rent. 


Part of the North East Housing Partnership, believe housing owns and manages more than 18,000 homes across County Durham and beyond, and employs in excess of 600 people.
