Italian wine bar and steakhouse chains to open new Durham sites

An Italian wine bar chain and a Brazilian steakhouse are set to open new sites at The Riverwalk in Durham.
Clearbell Property Partners II LP (Clearbell), a fund managed by Clearbell Capital, have completed lettings with Veeno and Rio Brazilian Steakhouse, which will relocate from Walkergate.
Veeno has taken a 15-year lease on a 3,130 sq ft space for what will be its sixth location in the UK.
