A MasterChef champion will join a Michelin-recommended Durham restaurant to create an exclusive menu for a weekend.


From Thursday, June 12 to Saturday, June 14, Dan Merriman, the 2024 MasterChef: The Professionals winner, is partnering with head chef and Faru co-founder Jake Siddle at the Durham restaurant.

Together, they will present a limited tasting menu at the fine dining venue.

It marks the first time Merriman has taken part in a full tasting experience in the North East since his MasterChef victory.
