My Property Box acquires County Durham letting agents

A property group has expanded its reach with the acquisition of two County Durham letting agencies.
The estate agency group My Property Box has acquired the firms Ready to Rent and Newton Assets, adding more than 360 properties to its portfolio in the Seaham area.
The two agencies were sold as part of retirement plans.
