Global welding certification and inspection authority NECIT announces the addition of Tina Russel to their business, who recently joined the business as their new Commercial Manager.
Tina Russel is an accomplished Commercial and Business Development leader with close to 30 years of experience in the energy and oil & gas sectors, complemented by earlier experience in financial services. In addition to her professional achievements, Tina has served as Vice Chair of the Energy Industries Council (EIC), reflecting her ongoing commitment to industry development and collaboration.
As Commercial Manager at NECIT, Tina is responsible for driving commercial strategy and strengthening client engagement within the vendor inspection and technical services space. She brings to NECIT her deep expertise across business development, vendor inspection, transformation, change management, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of delivering growth, building capability, and leading complex organisational initiatives. She will play a pivotal role in expanding NECIT’s global vendor inspection capability, developing relationships with major EPC contractors and operators, growing key accounts, and delivering sustained revenue streams.
