The Shine scheme aims to get businesses to promote health and wellbeing, green credentials and other factors


North East mayor Kim McGuinness has launched a new initiative that aims to get companies to sign up to a range of good business practices.


Shine is part of the mayor’s New Deal for North East workers, which aims to boost skills and employment opportunities for local people, helping them get work, stay in work and build their careers.
