White goods repair group Pacifica has reported rising demand for its services with its boss describing a "year of progress".

The North East-based home appliance repair group saw operating losses widen

New accounts show the County Durham-based business, which fields engineers for repairs of household appliances, saw turnover rise to £42.8m, up from £36.1m in 2024, an 18.6% increase year-on-year.
