Peterlee apprentice wins 'outstanding' award

A County Durham apprentice has won a regional award for her outstanding achievements.
Ella Graham, 18, from Peterlee, has been named Intermediate Apprentice of the Year at the North East final of the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards 2025.
She will now compete for the national title at a ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 26 November.
Ms Graham said: "I can’t believe I’ve won – I feel so proud and incredibly grateful.
