Property firm expands with city student venture

A family-run property company says it has laid foundations for future success after launching a new venture.

Ward Group Investments has unveiled Cabana Student Living.

Bosses say the endeavour will own, let and manage the firm’s student accommodation properties across Durham. 

The business operates more than 450 student units across five locations in Durham City, including Elvet Residences, and recently completed a £1 million refurbishment of the 29-bed St Andrews Chambers building.
