Restaurant Hjem extends South Causey stay

A North East restaurant is extending its residency at a popular hospitality venue after a successful first season, with a programme of guest collaborations and special dining events planned for the months ahead.
Restaurant Hjem’s founders Alex and Ally Nietosvuori have announced they will remain at South Causey Inn until the end of 2026, building on a partnership that began as a six-month residency at The Farmhouse, pictured below.
The extension comes alongside a packed summer schedule, including a one-night collaboration
dinner on June 25 featuring Alex, Hairy Bikers star Si King and Propa Pies executive chef Rory Welch.
