A new photography studio capturing some of life's most precious moments has opened its doors in County Durham.
Sarah Thew Photography, in Shotley Bridge, moved into premises on Front Street earlier this year, giving the business a permanent home after she began her career working from her house.
The 49-year-old, who has 25 years' experience in the photography industry, said the unit had always been the one she wanted.
