Signs have gone up in the window of a new bar set to open in Durham city centre as a new licensing application is submitted.
On February 17, The Mayfair Durham posted on Facebook: "Our new pre-opening window wraps have been fitted today"
The venue had earlier announced its arrival in the city. On January 30, the same page posted: "We’re excited to announce that The Mayfair is coming to Durham, opening soon.
